As with any natural methods, using a combination of techniques is best. Here are some other ways to help yourself:

• Use personal affirmations in the mirror as often as you can. Eg: ‘ I accept myself just as I am’ … ‘ I love and accept myself’ …. ‘ I am open to love’ etc
• If looking for a partner, make sure your home would be a welcoming place for them eg: if you have a double bed but the one side is full of books , that’s a block. – from a feng shui perspective, remove mirrors that are reflecting the bed, remove photos of your children from your bedroom – too many people in there!
• Carry the love kit on you throughout your day.

• Focus on bringing peace and harmony into your life and home. Love will follow if meant.

Most important of all…. To bring more love to yourself, you need to love yourself totally first. Work on self love , self acceptance and self nurturing first. Once you have that love, other love follows.
